Disability Support Worker
Opportunities available across both metropolitan and regional areas of Victoria.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will deliver meaningful, person-focused care to individuals living with disability. Your role may involve assisting with daily living activities, providing personal care, supporting participation in community activities, and offering social and domestic support. A variety of flexible shifts are offered, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, giving you the ability to choose a schedule that suits you.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and support services in line with each participant’s individual care plan.
Assist participants in achieving their goals and living a meaningful, fulfilling life.
Provide exceptional care while promoting and encouraging participants’ independence.
Maintain clear and accurate records of all case notes.
Report and follow up promptly on any incidents to ensure safety and quality of care.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications and/or proven experience in disability support.
- Experience in providing care for individuals with complex needs.
- A solid understanding of the diverse requirements of people living with disability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond appropriately to participants’ needs.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and a commitment to high-quality care.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Certified in First Aid / CPR.
